Welcome to Kozy Coins Club! We’re thrilled to have you as a member and can’t wait for you to start earning rewards. To ensure that everyone enjoys a positive and fair experience, we’ve outlined the rules and guidelines for using our rewards program. Please read them carefully.

1. Earning Points

  • For every $1 spent on qualifying products, you will earn 1 Kozy Coin.
  • Coins are awarded for purchases of eligible products after the transaction is completed.
  • You will receive additional coins for activities such as:
    • Signing Up: 100 Kozy Coins
    • Referral: Earn coins when a friend signs up and makes a purchase.
    • Social Shares: Earn coins when you share us on social media (Facebook, Twitter).
    • Birthday: Receive Kozy Coins on your birthday! (Make sure to add your birthday to your account.)
    • Subscribing to Our Newsletter: Earn coins when you subscribe to receive updates and special offers.
    • Special Promotions: Keep an eye out for special promotions.

2. Redeeming Points

  • Coins can be redeemed for discounts on your next purchase.
    • 500 Kozy Coins = $5 off
    • 750 Kozy Coins = $10 off
    • 1000 Kozy Coins = $15 off
    • 1500 Kozy Coins = $20 off
    • 2500 Kozy Coins = $50 off
  • Redemption Limit: Discounts cannot exceed the total order amount (before taxes or shipping).
  • Points can only be used on eligible products as per the current program rules.

3. Birthday Reward

  • On your birthday, you’ll receive 250 Kozy Coins and a $5 off coupon to use on your birthday month.
  • To redeem the birthday reward, make sure you have added your birthday to your account settings before your birthday.

4. Expiration

  • Points expire at the end of each year.
  • Keep track of your points in your Kozy Coin Club Dashboard to ensure you don’t miss out!

5. Referral Program

  • Share your unique referral link with friends to earn Kozy Coins when they sign up and make their first purchase.
  • Referrals must make a purchase before you receive your reward.
  • Coins are awarded based on successful referrals.

6. Account Requirements

  • You must create a Kozy Koala Co. account to participate in the Kozy Coin Club.
  • You must be logged in to your Kozy Koala account at the time of purchase to earn coins.
  • Rewards and points are tied to the Kozy Koala account and cannot be transferred to another user.

7. Program Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify the Kozy Coin Club program, including point values, rewards, and activities, at any time.
  • Any changes will be communicated via email or through our website.

8. Abuse of Program

  • Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate the Kozy Coin Club program may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
  • Fraudulent activities, such as creating multiple accounts or using fake information, will lead to disqualification from the rewards program.

9. General Terms

  • This program is intended for personal use only.
  • Kozy Coin Club coins are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of compensation.
  • The program is subject to the terms and conditions of Kozy Koala Co. and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time.
