Returns Policy for Kozy Koala Company

At Kozy Koala Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, customized products, or intimate items, may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description for details.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@kozykoalaco.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
  2. Our team will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a defective or incorrect item).

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at returns@kozykoalaco.com.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Health and personal care items

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
